Where are your products manufactured?
All our products are designed, printed and assembled in France , in our workshop located in Sarthe.
Each piece is made to order to ensure optimal quality control.
What are the delivery costs?
Shipping costs may vary depending on the weight and destination of the order.
The exact amount is indicated when finalizing the order before payment.
Shipping is carried out via Colissimo or Mondial Relay , with an average delivery time of 48 to 72 hours once manufacturing is complete.
What is the manufacturing time?
The average lead time is 3 to 7 working days , depending on the complexity of the product and the current workload.
We always do our best to ship your orders as quickly as possible , often before the announced deadline.
Can I return or exchange a product?
As each order is made to order, sales are considered final.
However, if there is a problem, we examine each request on a case-by-case basis to find the best possible solution.
My product is damaged, what should I do?
Contact us upon receipt of the package with a photo of the product concerned.
We will take care of the repair or replacement as appropriate.
